Center for Science & Engineering Partnerships (CSEP)

CSEP hosts a number of ongoing opportunities for graduate students and postdocs through their Professional Development Series, including career talks, training workshops, and outreach opportunities.


Gaucho Network

Gaucho Network is a robust online community that connects UCSB alum with each other to expand their professional networks.


Graduate Student Resource Center

UCSB's go-to resource for career and professional development programming for grad students and postdocs, the Graduate Student Resource Center offers over 150 events every year, as well as one-on-one advising services and campus referrals.


Individualized Professional Skills (IPS) Program

Designed to help graduate students and postdoctoral scholars fill in the funding gaps for pursuing opportunities that support their professional development in a variety of career trajectories, the program provides awards up to $1000 to eligible applicants who wish to individually tailor their career paths with outside professional development opportunities.


UCSB Technology & Management Program

A program here at UCSB that provides driven, innovative, and entrepreneurial students from all majors on campus with a solid foundation in business principles and professional skills vital to their success after graduation.
