The Beyond Academia organization is run by a committee of graduate students and postdocs from across a wide range of disciplines. Every year, we strive to ensure that we have involvement from folks in the two broad disciplinary categories on our campus: Social Sciences, Humanities, Education, and Fine Arts (SHEF); and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
